Copyright and DMCA Policy

Overview

MineArcane respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. Users may not upload, generate, publish, or distribute content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other protected rights.

This page explains how rights holders can report content and how users can respond if they believe content was removed by mistake.

What to Include in a Report

Send copyright or intellectual property reports to support@minearcane.com with the subject line "Copyright Report".

Please include:

• Your name, organization if applicable, and contact email.
• A description of the copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected work.
• The MineArcane URL or enough detail for us to identify the reported content.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the reported use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter Notices

If your content was removed or restricted and you believe that happened by mistake, email support@minearcane.com with the subject line "Copyright Counter Notice".

Please include:

• Your name and contact email.
• The content that was removed or restricted.
• A statement explaining why you believe the removal was mistaken or why you have the right to use the content.
• Any supporting documentation, such as proof of ownership, permission, or license.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringement

MineArcane may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload, generate, publish, or distribute infringing content.

Third-Party Characters and Brands

Do not use MineArcane to create or publish content based on protected characters, brands, games, movies, music, logos, or artwork unless you have permission from the rights holder. Examples include well-known entertainment franchises, game characters, and branded assets.
