The terms and conditions governing the use of MineArcane

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MineArcane, including our website, applications, AI mod-generation tools, hosted pages, downloads, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
MineArcane is operated by 上海棱郡实业有限公司. For English-language convenience, we translate the company name as Shanghai Lengjun Industrial Co., Ltd.; the Chinese legal name controls. Our registered address is No. 7, Lane 1088, Mingcheng Road, Fengxian District, Shanghai, China.
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, submitting prompts or uploads, generating content, publishing artifacts, downloading files, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Additional policies posted by MineArcane are incorporated into these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, MineArcane Mod License, Safety Policy, and Copyright and DMCA Policy. If a specific policy applies to a feature or generated output, that policy controls for that subject.
You represent and warrant that:
MineArcane helps users create Minecraft mod projects and related files, including specifications, Java source files, data files, textures, previews, packaged JAR or ZIP files, public artifact pages, and downloads.
The Service may use AI systems, templates, build tools, third-party APIs, storage providers, payment providers, analytics tools, and MineArcane backend services. Generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, incompatible, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding whether to use, publish, or distribute any generated output.
The Service is not designed for regulated, confidential, safety-critical, medical, financial, legal, or government use. Do not submit sensitive personal information, trade secrets, regulated data, export-controlled material, or third-party confidential information unless you have the right to do so and accept the risk of submitting it.
You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may refuse, reclaim, suspend, or remove account names, profiles, projects, public pages, or other identifiers that we believe are misleading, infringing, unlawful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
MineArcane may offer free features, paid plans, subscriptions, one-time purchases, credit packages, or other paid features. Prices, included features, credit amounts, limits, and billing intervals are shown at checkout or in the product interface and may change over time.
When you make a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and authorize us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown, including applicable taxes, fees, recurring subscription charges, and approved add-ons.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or Creem. Your payment information is also subject to the payment provider's terms and privacy policy. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our servers.
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel through the account billing area, payment provider customer portal, or by contacting us at support@minearcane.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term unless the checkout flow or applicable law states otherwise.
We may change subscription prices or plan features. Where required by law, we will provide notice before material changes take effect.
Except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate written policy, purchases are non-refundable once access, credits, downloads, or generation capacity have been provided.
Credits, if offered, are not cash, stored value, currency, or property. Credits may be used only within MineArcane, may expire as stated in the product interface, may be subject to usage limits, and are not transferable unless we say otherwise. We may correct credit balances or transaction records for fraud, abuse, technical error, billing reversal, chargeback, or mistaken allocation.
If a generation or build fails, our sole obligation, where we choose to provide a remedy, is to retry the generation, restore credits, provide replacement access, or otherwise correct the issue in a commercially reasonable way. We do not guarantee that every prompt, upload, texture, build, preview, or download will succeed.
MineArcane owns or licenses the Service, including the platform, product design, source code, databases, user interface, templates, workflows, build infrastructure, runtime components, brand assets, documentation, and generation technology.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. No part of the Service may be copied, scraped, republished, resold, reverse engineered, used to build a competing service, or exploited outside the permissions in these Terms without our written permission.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You retain the rights you already have in prompts, names, descriptions, textures, images, files, comments, feedback, and other material you submit to MineArcane ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant MineArcane a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, copy, modify, display, distribute, transmit, and create derivative works from that User Content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service, including generating previews, builds, public pages, downloadable files, abuse checks, and support responses.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, bug reports, ideas, or similar input about the Service, we may use it without restriction or compensation to you.
You are responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own it or have the rights needed to submit it, and that it does not infringe or misappropriate any copyright, trademark, patent, publicity, privacy, contractual, confidentiality, or other third-party right.
MineArcane can generate mod specifications, Java source files, data files, textures, packaged JAR files, ZIP files, previews, public artifact pages, and related works from your prompts and uploads ("Generated Outputs").
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Generated Outputs are created by or for MineArcane and are owned by 上海棱郡实业有限公司, the operator of MineArcane, including associated intellectual property rights, subject to third-party rights and the rights you retain in your original User Content.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Generated Outputs in accordance with these Terms and the MineArcane Mod License.
If you choose to publish or share a Generated Output through MineArcane, you grant us permission to host, display, index, promote, distribute, and make that published result available to other users and the public. You can request removal of published content by contacting us.
Generated Outputs may be similar to outputs produced for other users because common Minecraft concepts, item names, gameplay mechanics, prompts, templates, and public-domain ideas can overlap. MineArcane does not guarantee that a Generated Output is unique, accurate, error-free, secure, compatible, or free from third-party claims.
Downloads may include source code, compiled files, packaged JAR or ZIP files, images, data files, configuration files, and runtime components. Downloads are provided "as is" and "as available".
You are responsible for testing generated mods before installing, using, publishing, or distributing them. MineArcane does not guarantee compatibility with every Minecraft version, Fabric version, loader, operating system, server, client, modpack, resource pack, or third-party tool.
You may not distribute malware, credential stealers, hidden miners, destructive code, unauthorized telemetry, or other harmful software through MineArcane or in connection with Generated Outputs.
MineArcane is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
Your use, publication, distribution, and monetization of Minecraft-related content may be subject to Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, mod loader, marketplace, hosting platform, and community rules. You are responsible for complying with those rules.
You may not use MineArcane to create, upload, publish, or distribute content that infringes third-party intellectual property, including protected characters, brands, games, movies, music, logos, artwork, or other protected works that you do not have permission to use.
You agree not to:
We may, but are not required to, monitor, review, filter, reject, restrict, remove, disable downloads for, unlist, or refuse to publish prompts, uploads, projects, Generated Outputs, public pages, or accounts that we believe violate these Terms, our policies, third-party rights, or applicable law.
We may investigate suspected abuse, preserve records, report unlawful conduct, cooperate with rights holders or authorities, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke licenses, remove content, limit access to features, or take other steps needed to operate and protect the Service.
We are not obligated to host, preserve, publish, or continue making available any project, public page, generated file, download, or account.
If you believe content on MineArcane infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please follow our Copyright and DMCA Policy. We may remove or restrict content, suspend accounts, or disable downloads when we believe content violates these Terms or third-party rights.
The Service may rely on, link to, or interoperate with third-party services, including payment providers, OAuth providers, AI providers, hosting providers, storage providers, analytics providers, support tools, Minecraft tools, mod loaders, and external websites.
We do not control third-party services or content, and we are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, legality, terms, privacy practices, or content. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Please review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we process information as described in those policies.
We may change, suspend, discontinue, limit, or remove any part of the Service at any time. We may also update or correct prices, descriptions, features, availability, errors, or omissions.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, compatible, or error-free. We are not liable for downtime, maintenance, data loss, generation failures, build failures, download failures, provider outages, or discontinued features, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of prompts, uploads, project files, generated files, downloaded artifacts, and published materials that you want to preserve.
Although we may maintain systems, records, or backups for operational purposes, we do not guarantee that any project, upload, generated output, public page, or download will remain available forever or can be restored after deletion, failure, suspension, termination, or data loss.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account, access, downloads, publications, licenses, or use of the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for MineArcane or others, infringed third-party rights, abused the Service, failed to pay amounts due, or otherwise created legal, security, or operational concerns.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, licenses already granted for published content, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions, and miscellaneous terms.
The Service and all Generated Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, MineArcane disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, compatibility, security, and uninterrupted availability.
MineArcane does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, lawful, original, safe, compatible, non-infringing, or suitable for your intended use. You use prompts, uploads, generated files, downloads, and published content at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MineArcane and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or replacement services arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to MineArcane for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MineArcane, 上海棱郡实业有限公司, and their owners, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

By using the Service, creating an account, clicking buttons, submitting forms, making purchases, or sending us messages, you consent to receive communications electronically. Electronic notices, agreements, disclosures, receipts, and records satisfy any requirement that communications be in writing, unless applicable law requires a different method.
Unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise, these Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@minearcane.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction over the registered address of 上海棱郡实业有限公司, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes take effect when posted unless we state otherwise. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with incorporated policies, are the entire agreement between you and MineArcane regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or by operation of law. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or franchise relationship.
