This Privacy Policy explains how MineArcane collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, applications, AI mod-generation tools, hosted pages, downloads, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

MineArcane is operated by 上海棱郡实业有限公司. For English-language convenience, we translate the company name as Shanghai Lengjun Industrial Co., Ltd.; the Chinese legal name controls. Our registered address is No. 7, Lane 1088, Mingcheng Road, Fengxian District, Shanghai, China.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected:

  • On minearcane.com and related MineArcane domains or pages.
  • Through account registration, login, billing, newsletters, support forms, and other communications with us.
  • Through MineArcane Studio features, including prompts, uploads, generated textures, generated mod files, previews, builds, published artifacts, and downloads.
  • Through analytics, cookies, logs, security systems, and abuse-prevention tooling used by the Service.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, products, or services operated by third parties, even if they are linked from MineArcane. Those third parties are responsible for their own privacy practices.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use the Service.

Account and Authentication Information

  • Name, display name, email address, profile image, account ID, role, ban status, and account timestamps.
  • Password credentials for email/password login, stored using authentication-system protections.
  • Email verification, password reset, session, and security tokens.
  • OAuth identifiers and profile data from login providers such as Google or GitHub, when you choose to use them.
  • Session data such as IP address, user agent, login timestamps, and authentication cookies.

Billing and Credit Information

  • Customer IDs, checkout session IDs, subscription IDs, invoice IDs, plan, price, payment status, billing period, cancellation status, credit balance, and credit transactions.
  • Payment card and payment-method details are handled by payment providers such as Stripe or Creem. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Studio, Project, Upload, and Generated Content

  • Prompts, chat messages, project titles, project settings, selected Minecraft edition or loader, item names, namespace and registry names, and similar project metadata.
  • Uploaded files and images, including textures, profile avatars, source material, and file metadata such as filename, content type, and file size.
  • Generated outputs, including mod specifications, Java source files, data files, textures, previews, packaged JAR or ZIP files, build logs, warnings, assumptions, and download metadata.
  • Published artifact data, including public slugs, display names, cover images, generated file summaries, public pages, and download links.

Usage, Device, Analytics, and Log Data

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, device metadata, language preference, locale, referring pages, page views, click events, session timestamps, feature usage, errors, and diagnostic logs.
  • Information collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
  • Abuse, fraud, security, and rate-limit signals, including API key metadata if API keys are enabled.

  • AI and generation providers, such as MineArcane backend services and, where configured, providers including OpenRouter, OpenAI, Replicate, Google Gemini, Fal, Fireworks, DeepSeek, or similar model/API providers, for prompt interpretation, texture generation, file generation, and related processing.
  • Analytics and performance providers, such as Google Analytics, Umami, Plausible, Ahrefs Analytics, Seline, DataFast, OpenPanel, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Analytics, or Vercel Speed Insights where enabled.
  • Security, captcha, chat, and notification providers, such as Cloudflare Turnstile, Crisp, Discord, Feishu, or similar tools where enabled.

These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own terms, depending on the provider and feature. We share only the information reasonably needed for them to provide the relevant service.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including:

  • Account information for as long as your account remains active.
  • Project data, prompts, uploads, generated files, artifacts, and published pages until you delete them, delete your account, request removal, or they are removed under our policies.
  • Payment, invoice, subscription, credit, and tax-related records for as long as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
  • Support and communication records for as long as needed to respond to requests and maintain business records.
  • Security, audit, diagnostic, and log data for a limited period unless longer retention is needed for security, abuse prevention, legal claims, or compliance.
  • Backup copies until they expire through normal backup rotation.

Deletion requests may be subject to legal, security, billing, backup, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution exceptions.

Deletion or removal requests apply to copies and public pages controlled by MineArcane. They may not remove copies that you or others have already downloaded, shared, hosted, or mirrored outside MineArcane.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls, session protections, provider-level security controls, and encrypted transport where available. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials and devices secure.
