Implemented the Bloody Hand Blade Sword as a registered custom sword with default tool material settings: 6.0 mining speed, iron-level mining requirements, enchantability 14, and the vanilla iron tool repair tag. The sword has 250 durability, 6.0 attack damage, and -2.4 attack speed. Added combat-tab integration, English localization, and Minecraft 1.21.11 item definition/model resources. The required binary texture asset `assets/generated_mod/textures/item/bloody_hand_blade_sword.png` is not included as text and must be supplied by the asset generation stage.
