Jellyfish
Implemented the inert Jellyfish item with standard stack size, registration, and placement in the Ingredients creative tab. Added light-blue jellyfish item resource definitions and English localization. The required binary texture asset `assets/generated_mod/textures/item/jellyfish.png` is not included because PNG assets are written separately by the asset stage.
