ORIGINAL CREATOR PROMPT
Create a custom potion with registry ID starlight. Use the English potion-family name Starlight and Chinese localized potion-family name “星辉”. Give it the vanilla minecraft:speed effect at level II for 60 seconds and minecraft:night_vision at level I for 120 seconds. Add a brewing recipe that converts minecraft:awkward into starlight using minecraft:amethyst_shard. Reuse the vanilla potion containers and textures; do not create a custom item or PNG texture.
