Star Apple

Create a food item with registry ID star_apple, English name Star Apple, Chinese localized name “星辰苹果”, and maximum stack size 16. Give it nutrition 8, saturation modifier 0.8, a consumption time of 1.2 seconds, and allow it to be eaten while the player is already full. Eating it must grant the vanilla minecraft:speed effect at level II for 30 seconds with 100 percent probability. Put it in the Food and Drinks creative tab and generate a blue star-shaped apple texture on a transparent background.
